We understand the company was in the process of new ownership, so we recognize why some things may not have been fully up to par during our rental. We learned about the ownership change and the new pick-up location only once we landed, which caught us a little off guard.

Carl and Eileen where great! Smooth pick up and delivery, RV had everything needed for a phenomenal excursion thru Hawaii, they even added some personal touches (Flippers, boogie board, beach chairs)

Our trip started with a small hiccup due to a calendar overlap, but Carl and Eileen went above and beyond to make things right. Carl personally picked us up from our airport hotel and got us comfortably settled into a replacement RV for the night. While settling in, Carl provided us with tips and ideas of what to do and where to go.

Great people to work with. Super helpful. Van ran great and everything worked well. We stayed in Hipcamp sites and had no issues. Fun experience and will recommend to our friends.
