Jessica was very helpful and easy communicate with. No issues at all. The camper was also a vey well kept camper and worked great.
The trailer was as advertised, easy to coordinate pick up and drop off. A bummer the water heater doesn't work, but we knew that going in. Was perfect for what we were doing. Would definitely rent again.
Renting from Jessica was awesome! Jessica was very accommodating and willing to work with us to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The camper was the perfect size for my son, wife, and me. The camper was fully stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend renting from Jessica and will be doing so ourselves in the future.
To say we were surprised to learn that we had no hot water is an understatement. We got all set up at our campsite, but couldn't get hot water to come on so I texted the owner. She forgot to tell us the hot water wasn't working. No shower water or warm water for washing dishes was a MAJOR disappointment. This, on top of, renting the unit WITHOUT A SPARE TIRE caused us to leave a poor review.
Wonderful to communicate with, pick up and drop off went smoothly. Great experience and great rv!
