Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Toilet is for RV toilet paper ONLY ( which will be provided ). Please do no flush tampons, wet wipes, paper towels, cleaning wipes or diapers in the toilet. Deposit will not be refunded due to misuse.
- If your pet damages the inside of the RV by chewing, scratching or going to the bathroom inside the RV, the damage deposit will not be refunded.
- Please pull in the awnings if the wind picks up. Please leave dishes clean & put away, trash removed & all linens in the laundry basket. Excessive cleaning will result in $100 withheld from deposit.
- $50 deposit per dog max of 2 dogs only. Breed and size restrictions apply . No reptiles, birds, rodents, or cats allowed. Dogs must be crated in the RV if you leave. Resort rules also apply for pets.
- No smoking or vaping inside the RV- deposit will not be refunded for smoking or vaping inside the RV. Not responsible for lost or stolen items, please make sure to lock the RV if you should leave.
Hello there! Please note: Our RV is for FULL hookup stationary rental only. This includes spaces that have 50 amp power, water and sewer. This RV is NOT for dry camping use, no exceptions!
We will deliver the RV within 1 hour drive of Anthem Arizona.
Renters will be responsible for site reservations and any cost of additional resort add on fees ( such as pets, guests etc) Please make sure to follow resort rules at all times.
Delivery includes set up and RV walkthrough.
$150 prep fee includes delivery and set up of the RV with full walkthrough. Fee also includes cleaning and sanitizing before and after use. This is a non- refundable fee.
