- NO SMOKING inside any of our units. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a full forfeiture of the security deposit, a mandatory minimum $500 fee, and billing for any additional expenses
- NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON THE ROOF (access is for professional maintenance purposes only)
- USE OF AWNING IS AT THE RENTERS RISK. DO NOT EVER LEAVE THE AWNING EXTENDED IN THE OPEN POSITION IN WIND, RAIN & WHEN NOT PRESENT UNDERNEATH IT. awning damage min cost = $3,500
