Our first time renting a rv trailer on RV share platform, and Kristen made the whole process so easy. The RV was in great condition. And she was always available when we had questions (I actually learned quite a bit about RV trailers through Kristen). She even provided all the fixings for smores (was a nice added touch).
A fantastic little camper for our trip to the sierras. Pick up and drop off was easy. We hauled this with our 2021 Subaru Ascent. Kristen and her husband were super friendly. I would recommend to anyone.
