The trailer sleeps 4 (1 queen size in the front, with a curtain divider, and a kitchen dinette that converts into a full size bed).

- NO SMOKING/NO DRUGS (including vaping, cigars, pipes, drugs, cigarettes, etc.) any evidence of smoking/drugs in the unit forfeits your entire security deposit
- DRY CAMPING BY PERMISSION ONLY. Without permission we do not allow dry camping (also known as 'boondocking'). Hooks up to electricity and water must be available during your rental.
- Pets only allowed with permission. A deposit of $250.00 is required. This deposit includes a non refundable pet fee of $40.00. You are responsible for damage, odors, stains, etc.
- We discourage the use of the exterior awning. This is for your protection because they are at a minimum $3,000.00 to replace. They can be damaged very easily and generally not covered by insurance.

- Cookware, Dishes, Utensils. (Including Cast Iron [Skillet Dutch Oven, etc.])
- Fresh Linens for the queen bed, Towels and Washcloths (for 4 people).
