- Minimum renter age of 30
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Vaping or smoking anything in or around RV. If the RV is returned with any smoke or vaping odor. Your will be charged a $1500 cleaning fee.
- Absolutely no pets of any kind in trailer.
If RV is smoked or vaped in there will be a $1500 fee. This fee will be deducted from your deposit.
