- Clean up after your pets. Please do not allow them on the furniture. If your pet is known for accidents or chews things up, it might be best to find a sitter as the cost of damages can add up
- Absolutely NO smoking/vaping (of any kind!!) in the camper. You will forfeit your deposit if smoke is detected in the camper at return.
- We also request that you refrain from cleaning fish/game inside the camper or on any of the items provided in the camper (i.e. folding table, refrigerator,bath,sink etc
- ALL tanks (fresh,black,grey)must come back empty or $175 fee will be deducted for draining/cleaning of tanks.

Janice was great to work with and very quick to respond. The trailer was very clean and our two kids had a much better experience camping during our fishing trip, and loved the goodie basket.
The “Happy Glamper” was a great base camp of our Alaskan adventure. Janice was very responsive to messages and got us booked and setup in less than a day. RV was clean, spotless, and hauls well on our long excursion. Pickup and drop off was quick and seamless. 100% recommend this RV for any family that is planning an Alaskan trip. You won’t regret it.
