- No smoking of any kind, to include cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, illegal substances, or any other device or method that emits a smoke byproduct or odor. Smoke remediation charge is $150.
- No untrained pets. Please make sure your furry family pet is trained to assure there are no accidents in the trailer. This helps keep the trailer sanitary and clean for yourself and others.
- Do not attach, affix, anything to the trailer, or lean heavy items against it. Ropes, improperly hung lights, portable canopies, portable shades, could potentially cause damage to the trailer.
- Do report any damage that occurs immediately so that it is not overlooked at the closure of the rental, especially if the damage causes a safety concern.
- Do not make any modifications to the trailer or anything located therein, including but not limited to removing smoke/CO2 detectors or it’s batteries, adjusting leveling or stabilizers.
