Thank you, Thomas! Again we are so sorry about that & took care of it immediately upon your return. That is why there were no extra charges for draining the batteries. I know it is always a lot of information during the tour at pick up. Therefore we provide a written handout ahead of time. Safe travels in the future!

Renting this beautiful airstream from Roja and her family was great! She gave me a brief explanation of how to operate everything and I was on my way. The first night out with the camper we couldn’t figure out how to get the heater going and Roja sent us a video with instructions of exactly what to do and it worked perfectly for the rest of our trip!

Roja’s Airstream is beautiful and just the right size for our family. It was clean and ready to go. Roja was very helpful with arranging a convenient time for pickup and gave me a thorough tour of all its amenities and hookups. Afterward, she even sent some trip cheat sheets to make sure things went smoothly. We got a ton of looks, smiles and waves while driving it. It’s so classically Americana.
