I can't say enough good things about Denise or this RV. Denise promptly answered any questions we had, the RV was sparkling clean and super comfortable. I was nervous about driving it because I'd never driven an RV before, but it was very easy to drive. This is a great RV, would definitely recommend to anyone!
Denise was excellent at communication which made things easier when we had questions or concerns. She also remained flexible regarding our return. The Rv was dependable and comfortable as we traveled. Loved the unlimited miles and it had a larger fridge/freezer than I expected. So that was helpful for our family of five. A couple hiccups in the beginning but Denise was more than helpful.
Our first RV experience was amazing! Denise showed us how to operate everything- inside and out! We looked like pros at the campground! No complaints and we will definitely do this again!
Denise was a great communicator and the RV was as described.
The 3 stars for pickup experience was only in that we had to wait after arrival for Denise and her crew to fix an electrical issue which they worked diligently on and made it work for us.
Very professional. Would live to rent their bigger RV one day.
Great rental and very good communication with the owner. I highly recommend it.
