The staff kindly dealt with our concern. When he was not available, he answered that. It's because the answer "he is not available" relieved me since I had trouble. So I could wait for his answer. In the end, I could not see Ali in person but his staff were soooo kind.
From start to finish, we had a good experience. The RV was very clean, and the staff was friendly. We had a great time and recommended this rental company.
