They were on time with the delivery and keep in touch with us thru out.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- We can be flexible with a mutually agreed upon pick up and drop off times, but if you are late a minimum of $50 per hour will be charged.
- Pets allowed with deposit. One Dog, under 40 pounds. No agressive breeds, to be approved by Owner. Renter assumes full responsibility and liability for pets. NO Cats or other pets.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or within area of rental.
- Please leave the strainer in the sink at all times and remove all food particles into the trash. Thank you!
- Bluetooth and/or wifi connection cannot be guaranteed due to variants in devices, locations, etc.
Delivery times / drop off / pick up times are flexible, but must be agreed upon by the renter. If you are late you agree to pay $50 per hour late up to $150/night.
