Overall we had a great experience. The RV was nice and easy to drive for a first time driver. Everything in the RV worked great. Although the water heater didn’t work but I don’t think the owner knew. It wasn’t a big deal to us so I told the owner and they were able to waive our return late fee to compensate for it, so that was nice they did that. The pick and return was easy .
