Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking. Up to 2 pets welcomed with the pet fee.
- Waste Water - When campsites don't offer plumbing or a dump station. A $55 add on is required when booking your trip for dumping the waste at another facility. Post stay add on requires a process fee.
- Pick up rentals- Any time after 9am but please coordinate your pick up time with us at booking. This helps us to have better freedom to plan our days.
- Delivery rentals- We typically deliver the morning of the rental. Pick-up time the day of your departure around 11am
- Cleaning- Please tidy after yourselves in the living areas and in the bathroom. Heavily soiled bathrooms (causing pee odors) will result in extra an extra charge.
