Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Strictly No Smoking. Up to 2 pets welcomed with the pet fee.
- Waste Water - When campsites don't offer plumbing or a dump station. A $65 add on is required when booking your trip for dumping the waste at another facility. Post stay add on requires a process fee.
- Pick up rentals- Any time after 9am but please coordinate your pick up time with us at booking. This helps us to have better freedom to plan our days.
- Delivery rentals- We typically deliver the morning of the rental. Pick-up time the day of your departure around 11am
- Cleaning- Please tidy after yourselves in the living areas and in the bathroom. Heavily soiled bathrooms (causing pee odors) will result in an extra charge.
We recently decided to drop our nightly rates by making linens add on option. In the past it was a standard part of our fee, increasing our rates by 35-45%.
