- Check in: A walk thru is performed with each renter at the time of check-in. Please take note of any issues you may see. Ask questions, take pictures or videos, whichever you prefer!!

- If any issues arise during your stay, please do not attempt to fix without contacting us first. We will help or troubleshoot the issue without you being held liable for the problem.
- At checkout: It is expected for the unit to be picked up in the condition is was delivered. All surfaces wiped down. Toilet free of stains. Shower sprayed out. Refrigerator cleaned out. Floor swept.
- Renters do not have to be present at pick up. You will be shown a designated spot to place keys after locking up!
