Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please clean Gwenny after use or I can get it professionally cleaned for a $250 charge. If you do clean but it isn't up to the standard you received it in, charges will be incurred not exceeding $250.
- The gas tank should be full upon return. If you prefer to have me refill, no problem! It will be a $50 charge plus the price of gas.
- Empty and rinse the cassette toilet before you return the vehicle. If you'd like me to do this, it will be an additional $250 charge on top of the cleaning fee.
- We have a trash can in the bathroom for used toilet paper. We prefer that you not put toilet paper in the cassette toilet as it's hard to clean it out. Absolutely no feminine products in the cassette.
- Absolutely no off-roading. Gwenny does not have 4x4 and should only be driven on paved roads.
Our RV is in our driveway and is hooked up to electricity. It has a cassette toilet and propane heat and fresh water tank.
