James was very friendly, professional, and on time, when he delivered the RV rental to us, and when he picked it up. James RV was everything as advertised on the RV Share website. James even took time to answer our questions on the use of the RV when he delivered it, since we were fairly new to this.
We had the RV delivered to a campsite just north of Durango, and it was perfect. James set everything up, and it was ready to go when we arrived. I would highly recommend renting from James if you are looking for a great RV in this region.
