ALERT. MAKE SURE YOU CONDUCT YOUR WALK THROUGH WITH THE OWNER BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. THEY LIKE TO CONDUCT THEIR WALK THROUGH A DAY BEFORE AND CLAIM THEY'RE IN A RUSH BYPASS AND SEND YOU OFF BEFORE TIME OF DEPARTURE. NOW I KNOW WHY. THIS OLD RV IS RUNDOWN AND POORLY MAINTAINED. I WAS CHARGED FOR PAINT THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY DONE AND RETRACTABLE STEPS THAT ARE POORLY MAINTAINED.
Mr Morando, it’s a shame you feel your trip was not ideal after you thanked me for a great trip and apologized for damages. Our walk through was conducted the day of departure, you may be referring to the departure form, which is done 24hrs before. We accommodated your request of an early pick up and allowed a late return.
Working with Brian was easy and so convenient for our family. I’d highly recommend renting from Brian and his family. We had a great experience. Everything was great from start to finish! Brian Always responded in a timely manner. His Customer service was outstanding.
Brian and susannah were most accommodating And very helpful in telling us everything about the RV before we took off. They were great about communicating with us and the RV was very comfortable and had nice amenities and features. We did not have little ones with us, but there were bunkbeds which certainly look like they would be great for small children.
