Thanks to the owner for detailed instructions, we had a great traveling experience with our first ever RV trip. Highly recommend.
My review is based on our experience past wkend. There was alot of deliberate miscommunication or I felt deceived by the owners. Upon picking up the RV, we we introduced "I'm his brother", then later told by the sister/wife, "it was my husband". Which is it? (red flag) We were excited to pick up RV, then when I opened the fridge it was filled w/ "mold".
We appreciate you taking the time to write it. We’re very sorry about the mold inside the fridge and apologize for not checking it before you picked up the RV. Our cleaner typically does an excellent job & all our previous renters have commented on how clean our RV is.
As you mentioned, after you noticed the mold, we immediately offered to clean it for you.
Newer coach & absolutely no problems. Would rent again
We love to had our first rent motor home with Julie, she was so special and always nice, she responded fast, if you want to rent an RV, Julie is the correct person to make it
