- Customer responsible for emptying the gray and black waste tanks unless they choose to have the owner empty them for a $100 fee.
- Customer responsible for cleaning the camper back to the same condition as when they picked up.
- Customers tow vehicle must be equipped with a trailer brake controller. This travel trailer is equipped with trailer brakes therefore a trailer brake controller inside your vehicle is required.
