Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking, evidence of smoking there will be fee of $500 charged in order to deodorize & clean. A normal amount of dirt is acceptable. If returned excessively dirty $150-$500 additional fee.
- No Towing allowed! NO driving with the slide extended.
- Refueling Fee - It is expected that the gas tank should be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the trip. If not, owner will charge fuel cost and refilling fee.
- Any missing or broken items (amenities included) will be deducted from the deposit.
- Absolutley not allowed for Burning Man. If taken to Burning Man (RV is equipped with GPS) your entire deposit will be forfitted.
