Rental Rules

- No smoking, evidence of smoking there will be fee of $500 charged in order to deodorize & clean. A normal amount of dirt is acceptable. If returned excessively dirty $150-$500 additional fee.
- Towing is allowed with discussion and agreement prior to booking being accepted! NO driving with the slide extended.
- Refueling Fee - It is expected that the gas tank should be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the trip. If not, owner will charge fuel cost and refilling fee.
- Any missing or broken items (amenities included) will be deducted from the deposit.
- Absolutley not allowed for Burning Man. If taken to Burning Man (RV is equipped with GPS) your entire deposit will be forfitted and and professional cleaning bill will be sent to you to pay.

Great RV and great communication. It’s had everything we needed and Millie was super accommodating. You can tell the RV is a rental, but she has done a great job updating and explaining everything. Communication was excellent.
The RV was as-advertised, had a great trip and loved the RV. Millie and Ashley were also great, phenomenal communication and just great overall people. Definitely recommend!
We had a great experience renting from Millie & Ashely. The RV was stocked with essentials to make our experience enjoyable. They answered any questions we had leading up to pick up and during our walk-through upon arrival.
As others have said, Millie and Ashley are very easy and reliable to work with. We were first time RV’ers and they were extremely patient in explaining the operation of the RV. When we had questions on the road they were quick to respond.
The RV is well maintained and comes with everything one could possibly need for a fun and successful adventure.
