The rv was great. Delivered and set up for us with the fridge already cold. Came with a generator and camp chef which I loved. Very clean and stocked well with dishes, cooking pans and utensils, toiletries, and camp chairs. We will be renting everytime we are at sandhollow.

Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking, vaping or drug use inside trailer or entire deposit will be forfeited for professional cleaning.
- To avoid excess dirty fee of $150, please clean out all trash, empty fridge, wash dishes and sweep floor.
- No awning use during inclement weather. Damage to awning is renters responsibility.
