Overall, I'd say that I was less than pleased with the RV and would steer away from renting. First, on the day of the arrival, I was informed there was no fire pit available, which I was fine with as we had another one. No big deal.
Cat-Fished on this RV & this RV should NOT be in-service until it is Fixed and presentable per pictures & description of Advertised!

This RV should not be in-service until it gets fixed & cleaned up per the descriptions below. I also took pictures of each issue.
We had a great experience with this rental. It was our first time renting an RV and everything went smoothly. I wanted to thank you for dropping off the RV early when my reservation was ready! I do want to suggest putting thicker mattress pads in for the bunk beds besides just a foam pad on a sheet of plywood. Thankfully it didn’t bother the kids that much.
We had an incredible stay at Fort Wilderness, Disney, in the RV we rented. From the get-go, the service was exceptional. The RV was delivered and set up before our arrival, making our first experience with RV living absolutely hassle-free. The RV matched the description perfectly, and it was evident that great care was taken to ensure everything was in place.
Had a great time. I would rent again.
