Good communication. Some expected wear and tear on the RV but it functioned well and drives well. Had a great trip and put 5400 miles on it in 2 weeks without any significant issues.

Although we had some issues with our pickup because I missed my connecting flight, Tiffany was amazing at allowing the secondary driver to pickup. Communication was on point!!
