The RV was just as expected. Robert was always quick to reply and he was very accommodating and flexible. Everything was fair and sensible. I wish all transactions were this way.
There was no surprises. Robert was flexible with the drop off time as it was a Holiday and he was understanding of my traveling back on the morning of Labor day and thus needing to return the trailer a little later. Trailer was clean. Trailer had the perfect layout for my family. Communication was always quick.
