- AWNING - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. DO NOT LEAVE AWNING UNATTENDED. You will be responsible for any damages incurred to awning during our stay.
- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CLEAN ALL AREAS OF THE TRAILER. This is our home away from home! Take all trash, personal items, sweep, mop, wipe down counters, clean dishes, refill propane, dump waste tank
- PETS - IF YOUR PET DAMAGES ANYTHING IN THE TRAILER YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED. Trust me we love our fur baby too.
