Brent was extra responsive and helpful from the very first communication I had with him. He made sure I had a chance to see his RV and know how to operate it pre-trip. On the day when I picked up his RV, he went extra mile to drive me to a Home Depot to pick up the right tow hitch last minute! He also offered help if I needed one during my trip.
