Justin was great to work with. He was unexpectedly not at the pick up (due to traffic) but had another person meet us, and was always available if/when we needed clarification on something and generally a friendly and reasonable person. If more people operated like him, we would all be sharing RV's, cars, houses, etc. Th RV itself was just what we needed.
Overall our experience with working with Justin and our camping trip was very good. Justin worked with us for pickup and drop off which allowed us to maximize our vacation time.
We noted there are a few things broken and will need to be fixed.
We did have a great trip and enjoyed the RV, much better than a tent. We will rent one again.
We had a great time with this RV. We went camping with our entire family in Gualala and it was perfect for our family of 5.
Easy to drive and use. Perfect size for first timers or those nervous driving something larger then their own car.

This was our first experience using RV Share and we couldn’t have been more pleased or had a better experience than renting from Justin. He worked with us and was very accommodating on pickup and drop off since we were flying into SFO. He also outfitted the rig with all the Accessories one would need for cooking, camping, and enjoying the outdoors.
