- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF MIN $500
- NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS RV. IF SIGNS OF A PET BEING IN THE RV THEN THERE WILL BE FEE OF MIN. $300 CHARGE, RV REQUIRES ADDITIONAL CLEANING/REPAIRS DUE TO THE PET.
- CLEANING FEE - WE UNDERSTAND THAT RV’S GET DIRTY OUT ON THE ROAD. RETURNING THE RV CLEAN IS ACCEPTABLE, AND WILL NOT RESULT IN ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES. OF MIN $200 FOR EXTRA CLEANING.
- LATE FEE - IF A RENTER RETURNS THE RV AFTER THE AGREED UPON DROP OFF TIME PLUS A ONE HOUR GRACE PERIOD, WE CHARGE A LATE FEE FOR THE RESERVATION. EXTRA DAY & FEE’S
