Hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. Pick up and drop offs are done between 9 am and 4-430 pm Monday thru Saturday. After-hours pick up and drop off times are available upon request.

Outside of the front, top bunk (above the cockpit) support being damaged prior to our trip (the bed unusable during our adventure), our group very much enjoyed the FR3 for our six-night trip. Beware that the black water sensor reads full when it is not - just gauge usage throughout trip or check through toilet. The futon bed is a bit finicky, so we did not use much at all either.
This was our first time renting an RV. Communication was wonderful until we had to let them know that the two front tires were dry rotted and we had to pay to replace them in order to finish our 14 hour return trip to Colorado.
