Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- You will need to agree to the Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA). No Refunds for Early Returns. We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID.
- We do NOT charge an up front cleaning fee. The RV must be returned cleaned per the SRA. We do not allow use of the RV rooftop.
- No smoking or drugs. Violation of this is spelled out in the SRA.
- We do not charge a pet fee. Dogs require a $250 deposit per dog with a maximum of 2 dogs.
- Any damages/issues/problems/repairs need to be reported to us immediately. Personal property you bring is your responsibility. You release the RV owner(s) from all claims for injury per SRA.
No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until the rig is professionally cleaned. Whatever the cleaning specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be ...
