We had a wonderful time renting from Esther and Tomas! Esther was very responsive, open minded, and laid back. Right off the bat, we felt she was a honest and trustworthy person. She was able to help us out when our previous rental broke down last minute from neglect, and she got the RV prepared with fresh bedding within a couple hours, which really helped relieve the stress of our trip.
Esther was extremely friendly and helpful in renting her RV. She gave us detailed instructions and answered all our questions as people new to RV-ing. The RV was perfect and comfortable. I would highly recommend this RV.
Esther and her husband Tom are both wonderful and friendly people. They went the extra mile to ensure that we would have a comfortable trip. Tom made sure the fresh water tank was filled and both black and grey tanks were empty on pickup.
