We were the first time driving RV, but Randon was so friendly and helpful . He was so timely replying my emails while we had several questions about RV rental. He was also flexible to adjust his schedule while we could only pick up RV around 6pm because our flight arrived St George airport around 5pm. He kindly went over various functions of the RV.
