Owner was really supportive during the process and rental period. Took my worries out of the whole process as a first time renter and RV driver
Joseph was great to interact with. He responded very quickly to every inquiry. However, the RV was a bit more run down than expected, at this price point. Most notably, the leveling system was broken/disabled, which meant the parked RV would shake when some people walked around inside. There were also some mandatory fees for things we never used (e.g., the propane).
I appreciate the review Bruce! We did disable the leveling system because novice renters have misused it. Majority of your rental RVS do not have levelers, slides or awnings.
This was our first RV trip and it was a great experience. Joe’s guys did a thorough walkthrough showing us how to work the various systems and during the Trip Joe was always quick to respond to any of my questions. Looking forward to renting again from him.

Joseph was great! He always answered when we contacted him… his Rv is gorgeous. My family being safe and having fun was his main concern.. I will be renting this Rv many more times to come.
