- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please fill fuel tank upon return or there will be a $10 per gallon fuel charge. Make sure GREY and BLACK water tanks are dumped and flushed or there will be a $25 charge per tank.
- Unfortunately we do not accept pets. If this rule is violated there will be a $200 fee charged for additional cleaning upon return.
