I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.
They asked to contact them directly away from RV share to save us and them money. We booked camp site based on their word. They kept playing games and changing their word about pricing and fees for days and ended up telling us they can't book us anymore. worst experience ever. I have no idea how are they in business.
This person left a review for a 3 year old reservation. We generously offered to deliver 2 RVs to them in Santa Clarita (45 minutes away from us) for FREE as a returning customer (a $250 value)!
Super nice people, quick to answer and good follow through.
The motorhome was clean and ran great! We went to a family reunion and had a wonder time.
Michelle and her husband Scott were so great! They were very accommodating when the original RV we rented became unavailable. And Scott was always quick to respond to any of our questions during our trip. Pickup and drop off were super smooth and easy. The RV was great and the AC was phenomenal which was super important for our visit to Las Vegas. Highly recommend renting from Michelle!
Michelle and Scott were great with communication and we had a nice pleasant camping trip or Glamping I guess, but at my age it was nice not having to use the tent.
VERY clean, I usually re clean again before we go, but this came us to extremely clean and smelling good!
Super nice family- both Wife and Husband- great service and great communication, super friendly and they always responded within minutes to all questions and inquiries. They offered to drop off earlier than 11 am as well, which was nice and gave us more time to pack.
**NO HEATER/FURNACE***
We chose this RV because it was a “NEW” listing but for a 2yr old RV, there is significant wear and tear. It does not look like the pictures.
The screen door would not stay shut. The fridge kept swinging open. Pull out drawers were falling apart. The awning was broken (this was not disclosed until the day of delivery), it would have been nice to use it.
