Sesar was responsive, helpful, available and the rv was vrry easy to use. Clean and very accurate.
It was a real nightmare.
They let us leave to the road without any documentation of the RV.
We have been 7 days at Burningman without propane because they don't have explain correctly how to use it.
We have also spend 7 days without air conditioning because they have said it was just push one button to start the generator and at the end [after arrive there] was not just that!

Before your booking I kept asking you what precautions you would take with my family RV, you kept being vague and re assuring me that you had done this before and I should not worry. You then returned my family RV filthy and severely damaged and began to make counter accusations about none sense. Don’t ever rent from me again!
Great van! Super comfortable and functional. Owners were really helpful and made the pickup/drop off experience smooth. Only downfall was low propane and water on collection however that was solved pretty easily. Would recommend to anyone!

Had a great time exploring Los padres and Joshua tree on this trip.
Although, we did have some technical issues. Thor support line was great but it took time away from our vacation, while we tried to figure out resolutions.
1-Generator issue
2- leaking water valve issue
