The tank level sensors were not working. And the toilet was clogged in the second day of usage. Also , the city water connection did not stop to fill and once the tank was full , after 5 min, the water was leaking from the other side (tank reliever).

After inspection of the RV and the issues you had with the rental. It appears the 3rd septic release valve was not opened up to release the sewage from the lines. After doing so, the lines were cleared and plumbing is functioning properly. Thank you for cleaning up the best you c...
