Robert was awesome. Really fast and accurate communication. Robert walked me around the RV and let me record all the information I needed. The rig itself was awesome suited me and my family great for 7 nights. Definitely will be back tomorrow venture more.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Murph must be returned clean. Trash removed, surfaces wipe down, floor swept any bedding must be removed from mattress and left at the foot of the bed.
- Must be returned with full tank of fuel. If not returned full renters will be charged two dollars per gallon over fuel cost.
- Propane tank must be returned full. Renters will be charged three dollars per gallon over propane cost.
- Must be returned with empty sewer tank and gray tank. Renters will be charged $50 fee if owner has to empty.
- Pets are limited to one medium to large dog. Or two small dogs. A small dog would be considered 10 pounds or less.
