Reserved an RV a month ago for a mid month trip in July with my family. I had a traumatic injury and lost my left hand and broke two of my right hand fingers. This happened 6 days before we were to pick up the RV. I called Ali several times and even the day it happened to let him know I'd have to cancel. Even sent pics of my hand in the hospital.
