Great RV. Michael was very helpful and always available. Rent it !
Mike, was great to deal with, and very accommodating to our schedule. The unit is not new and shows some wear, but everything still works. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced, as stated in a previous review. There is plenty of sleeping options between 2 bunks, jack knife couch, overhead cab mattress, and rear bedroom.
Michael communicates very well and the RV is very well outfitted. Unlike the listing, pillows were provided. One TV was missing, the under awning lights, the black and gray water tank levels, and the generator hour meter didn’t work. Personal clothes, hats, and jackets were left in the closets and drawers. The provided broom handle was broken.
Mike was the easiest and most professional person we have dealt with. He has always responded to all questions and issues promptly with curtesy, and supportive knowledge. We enjoyed the RV, and his attitude made the experience superior. We will rent from him in the future.
