I was charged an additional charge of $100 for emptying the black water tank. My instructions from her husband was to leave it as it was. Dumping was part of the deal. I offered to use the gray water tank to flush the black water tank. We had full hookup site so it was easy to do. Nope we’ll do it. This is a total rip off. Beware of owners adding extra fees after your trip.
Monica was awesome. She shared her RV like a friend would. It was nice she had camp chairs and other extras I didn’t expect. Her RV has high ceilings. The slide outs were great making the rooms feel big. Plenty of beds with sheets and blankets. We paid for delivery and pick up and It was worth every dollar. I look forward to renting it again next time.
We rented from Monica for a trip to Zion National Park. The experience was perfect right out of the gate from booking and communication to delivery (thanks Joey for delivering and setting us up!) to the Rv itself (beautiful) which met our needs perfectly. The two private sleeping spaces were just what we needed for our family not to mention just beautiful.
Just came off a 4 day rental at Las Vegas Speedway. Monica and Joey were great with ongoing communication and timing. Timely delivery and pick up at the track. Trailer, heaters, appliances, supplies and generator worked very well. I would highly recommend renting from them!!! Jay A.
