Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE TRAILER FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSITE.
- PETS MUST NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED INSIDE ,UNLESS KENNELED.
- DONT FORGET TO REFILL PROPANE TANK, DUMP SEWER, AND REFILL GENERATOR TO AVOID FEE.
- WASH ALL USED DISHES,STRIPE BEDDING, PUT TOWELS IN TUB, WIPE DOWN SURFACES AND SWEEP TO AVOID CLEANING FEE.
- IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE AWNING AND IT RIPS OR BREAKS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR.
On return, if the trailer is not cleaned out according to the checkout list provided an additional cleaning fee will be charged up to $75.
