Ok, so this RV rental was really good for us. Arnold's communications were really good too. Although we dry camped in Yosemite, the RV was nice to have as we have an elderly chihuhua who didn't want to sleep in our tent. We didn't actually use the oven or all the other nice things. We only used the lights and the refrigerator and the bed. The RV drove nice and gas mileage was not so bad.
Firstly and most importantly Many of the things I am going to mention we NOT in Arnolds control. He was gracious and listened to my critiques without getting defensive or angry. My rental experience online started off reasonably well using RV share for the first time. I secured a VAN for the Labor Day weekend and the communication was quick and to the point.
Arnold went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was hassle free and without incident. He was very responsive during our trip when I had questions about or issues managing the van. Thanks so much for a great trip!
An amazing experience with the van and especially with Arnold and Donicka. They made the rental process so easy, from beginning to end. They were always available to answer my questions as an RV noob.
