Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- You agree to purchase insurance/SLI/roadside coverage ($68.95/day) for the duration of your trip and pay MBA directly within 30 days prior to pickup. We will send a link to purchase insurance.
- No Boondocking greater than 1 night. This means staying in the motorhome without access to power. It will ruin my chassis batteries and your deposit will replace the batteries.
- Must return fuel tank (gasoline) full, empty both sets of sewer tanks, and propane tank full since all will be full at departure. I will charge out of your deposit if these are not completed!
- No smoking in motorhome. If you do, your security deposit will be kept to have the motorhome professionally deep cleaned and to remove smell.
- Absolutely no towing of anything allowed! Insurance will not cover towed items!
The Fuel tank will be full at time of pickup! The sewer tanks (2 sets of gray/black tanks) will be empty! The propane tank will be full! YOU MUST BRING THEM BACK TO ME THE SAME OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED!!! (unless you select and pay for pre-pay propane/fuel option)
