John was great, had the RV set up for us already when we arrived late. Was very responsive to questions and knew exactly where I would find items I was looking for. The RV was clean and well stocked with what I consider essentials - a coffee pot and a toaster and microwave. Those that would like to cook would find the kitchen area very useable.

John’s RV was great. Everything was exactly as described. Pick up and drop off were simple and communication was great.
John made pickup and drop off easy. My 1/2-ton F-150 pulled it just fine, and it had lots of room for my family of 5. Will definitely rent again!
Wonderful experience
I hate to leave a negative review, because John was so nice and accommodating. He delivered the RV early on Friday, had it all setup and the air conditioners running.
This trailer was not ready to be rented. The awning was broken, we were not told about it until we arrived and reached out to him. He told me the previous renter had broken it and the part was on back order.
Yes, the awning was broken during a previous rental during a thunderstorm. Didn't know about the coffee pot until the rental was ongoing. Offered to bring another one via a phone call on day one but renter refused. There were several crumbs in the silverware tray. One paper towel and some cleaner and it was done. Took around 30 seconds.
