This is a great RV. Perfect size for my son and I as a base camp at a mountain bike race in dark mountain. It is easy to tow, very well-maintained, and worked perfectly. It was nice that they had already plugged it in and had the refrigerator and freezer cold.

It was made clear in the beginning that James was deployed with the National Guard as to why he was not present during pickup. I myself (Sam) spent 2 days cleaning the interior and exterior of the camper before your arrival. I have yet to see where the sand was that you spoke of....
