- Minimum renter age of 30
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- The awning is not covered by your insurance and the cost to repair it is over $1000. Please bring in the awning each night or during storms to avoid any wind/storm damage.
- The RV is expected to be returned in the same condition as was delivered or additional fees may apply.
- Glass cover stove top is not meant to cook on or hot objects to be placed on. It will shatter.
RV setup on homeowners property in a resort setting with use of pool and spa. Electric & Water hookups provided.
Rental includes ALL linens, towels & blankets! No additional charges for these items.
RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE PILLOWS DUE TO COVID. Please supply on your own.
