- Minimum renter age of 25

- Do not use the awning. This is the most expensive item to replace and your RVShare insurance does not cover the cost. It would be a replacement of upward of $3000-$4000 for the renter.
- During holiday weekends, we have a three day minimum. This includes, but is not limited to, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
